REFUND POLICY.
Refund Policy - Program
A refund of the initial program fee will be granted until two weeks prior to the start of the course. If the refund is requested after the initiation of the background check, applicants will be refunded the initial program fee minus the cost of the background check. Refunds requested less than two weeks before the start of the course may or may not be granted at the discretion of the steering committee. No refunds will be granted after the start of the course.
Refund Policy - Merchandise
The Wyoming Naturalist Program does not maintain an onsite inventory of merchandise. As such, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for merchandise that is not incorrect or defective, as items are made to order. Please contact the Steering Committee with more questions.
Refund Policy - Advanced Training
If advanced training is offered through the Wyoming Naturalist Program, a refund will be granted prior to the start of the course, UNLESS the course has a registration limit. For training with limited registration, a refund will be granted until two weeks prior to the start of the course.
